Totemic Cylinder – Marnhull studio
Large cylindrical form, featuring impressed symbols banded around the waist. The upper part dipped in a thick grey/blue glaze, with black and blue glaze applied to the central banding and wiped off in part. The surface area beneath is unglazed with rubbed in oxides. Stoneware clay.
