Grooved Oval – Abbotsford studio
Disc shaped with flattened edges and central groove on each face. The top has a torn opening with a dropped internal lip which is pierced. Coated with porcelain slip, then covered with a thick grey glaze and rubbed in oxides. Stoneware, high fired in a gas kiln.
